Exam re-take option
Did you miss the Cambridge English exam by 1, 2 or 3 points?
Candidates are eligible to retake their Cambridge English exam at 50% of the original exam fee if they meet the following requirements:
- They did not achieve the required passing score and missed it by 1, 2 or 3 points.
- The original examination was taken less than 12 months ago.
- The retake is for the same Cambridge English qualification.
Candidates must register for the retake within one year of their original examination date and pay the applicable discounted examination fee.
How the Retake Process Works
- Complete the form below with the requested information.
- Select two preferred months in which you would like to retake your Cambridge English exam.
- Receive your available exam dates by email. We will contact you with the dates we can offer based on your preferences and availability.
- Confirm your preferred date and complete payment. Once you have confirmed your chosen date, we will send you a link to pay the exam fee.
Your retake registration will be finalised once payment has been received and your exam date has been confirmed.
